Apply and Pay Online

GPA Living has partnered with Cozy to allow residents to seamlessly apply for an available home and securely pay rent online. When a GPA Living home is available for rent, you'll apply online by creating a reusable Cozy Rental Profile. Answer some questions to help us get to know you better, and agree to the required background screening/credit check. Once approved, you can set up your payments. No need to worry about writing a check or forgetting to pay on time. You can also split the rent and security deposit if you have roommates. 

Should you ever decide to move out of a GPA Living home (hopefully, never), you can update and reuse the Cozy Rental Profile with your next landlord. It's kind of a rental resume.
